Remember we cannot always control the outside world but to take care of ourselves from within.

Please go through these friendly reminders. Be supportive to your community, share your extra toilet paper or resources for those who are in need!

As an immigrant who came from Hong Kong. I witness the time of SARS. Although it was tough for everybody, we made it through! We can too!

We are all going to be okay! Namaste.

infused with some of the last year's highlights and themes.

In 2020, we will continue to explore yoga and our body at a deeper level.

If you have any comments, suggestions, thoughts to share please do not hesitate to let me know! :)

A friendly reminder of the class at 8:45 am @ Walnut Creek will permanently change to Concord location at Sunvalley Mall

I will see you all on the MAT!

I understand the holiday season may be hectic for some of us, do not forget to give your body time to rest.

Go take a bath, get a massage, reiki, detox, eat clean... whatever your body needs!

That is how you can stay healthy and strong to continue your journey!

with love,

Ali <3
