Happy new year!!!

2019 was a great year! 

We had our retreat in Tahoe!

 We had been through so many fun and challenging sequences, and grow stronger together as a community. 

Let's refresh your memory of the past themes we covered in 2019,

Nov - Shoulder (stand)

March - Crosses (lost count with so many crosses in this fun sequence!)

We will be doing a celebration flow for the first week of Jan! 

infused with some of the last year's highlights and themes.

 

In 2020, we will continue to explore yoga and our body at a deeper level.

I understand the holiday season may be hectic for some of us, do not forget to give your body time to rest.

Go take a bath, get a massage, reiki, detox, eat clean... whatever your body needs!
